The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Center For The Development Of Culture And Tourism In Wola Mąkolska, Including Construction, Installation And Land Development Works Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Preparatory And Surveying Works, Earthworks, Foundations, Construction Works, Masonry, Insulation, Roofing, Finishing And Road Works, As Well As The Execution Of Electrical, Sanitary, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning And Central Heating Installations. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Perform Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The Facility, Installation Of Windows And Doors, Construction Of A Paving Stone Surface And All Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Applicable Legal Regulations. The Investment Also Includes: A) Installation Of 9 Led Lanterns With A Height Of 8 M; B) Installation Of A Monitoring System Video On 5 Lampposts (4 Double Cameras And 1 Triple Camera); C) Construction Of A Parking Lot For Passenger Cars With An Access Road And Parking Spaces For 5 Vehicles; D) Construction Of A Parking Space For People With Disabilities With Dimensions Of 3.60 × 5.00 M, Located In Front Of The Designed Service Building; E) Hardening Of The Area; F) Dismantling The Existing Fence And Construction Of A New Fence With A Gate And Wicket;G) Construction Of A Pitch With A Natural Grass Surface, Dimensions 18.0 × 33.0 M, Including 1.5 M Wide Runs; H) Construction Of A Playground For Children, Dimensions 15.0 × 10.0 M, With A Sand Surface;I) Construction Of A Paved Relaxation Zone With A Centrally Located Sonic Graduation Tower;J) Construction Of A Paved Picnic Area With A Centrally Located Concrete Bowl For A Fire;K) Assembly Elements Of Small Architecture, Including Benches, Waste Bins And Bicycle Racks;L) Planting Low And High Ornamental Greenery;M) Constructing A 5 M Wide Insulating Greenery Belt From The Border Of The Plot On The River Side;N) Tidying Up, Recultivating And Grassing The Remaining Area.
