The Buildings Will Be Demolished Down To The Foundations And The Demolished Waste Will Be Delivered For Appropriate Further Processing. The Old Asphalt Is Removed. Harmful Substances Have Been Found In The Interior Materials Of The Building And In The Yard According To The Maps Included In The Calculation Material. There Used To Be An Underground Heating Oil Tank Next To The Old Heat Distribution Room. The Tank Has Been Dismantled, But There May Have Been Spoiled Soil Left In The Soil, Which Should Be Removed According To The Unit Price List Of The Offer. In Order To Dismantle The Foundations, The Ground Has To Be Dug Up. After The Excavation Work, The Area Will Not Be Landscaped.
