A Photovoltaic And Lightning Protection System Is To Be Installed On The Approximately 5,600 M² Roof Of The Central Warehouse. This Is A Flat, Sloping Double Gable Roof Made Of Trapezoidal Sheet Metal With 12 Cm Thick Insulation And A Plastic Seal. The New Roof Covering Should Be Completed By Mid-August 2026 At The Latest. The Hall Roof Is Supported By A Steel Structure With An Axis Grid Of 15 X 15 M. In The East And West The Roof Is Flanked By Two Rising Components, While In The North And South The Trapezoidal Sheet Metal Facade Ends With An Approx. 60 Cm High Attic. The Upper Edge Of The Parapet Has A Height Of Approx. 7.80 M Above The Ground And Should Be Secured Using Ballasted Fall Protection. There Are 26 Light Domes On The Roof For Smoke Extraction And Ventilation, Which Will Also Be Replaced As Part Of The Roof Renovation.
