The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Activities On Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal Of The Municipal /Iv Class/ Road Network On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Parvomai And The Street Network In The City Of Parvomai And The Districts Of Debar And Ljubenovo For The Operating Seasons 2026 - 2027; 2027 - 2028; 2028 - 2029 Years Under Two Separate Positions: Separate Item No. 1: Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal Of The Municipal /Iv Class/ Road Network On The Territory Of Parvomai Municipality; Separate Position No. 2: Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal Of The Street Network In The City Of Parvomai And The Districts Of Debar And Ljubenovo. The Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal During The Operating Seasons Within The Scope Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Iv (Fourth) Class Road Network On The Territory Of The Parvomai Municipality And The Street Network In The City Of Parvomai And The Districts Of Debar And Ljubenovo And Includes Activities Related To The Removal Of Snow From The Roadway In The Manners, Within The Time Limits And In Compliance With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 3 Of Ordinance No. Rd - 02 - 20 - 19 Of 12.11.2012 For Maintenance And Ongoing Repair Of Roads. Snow Removal Is Carried Out Mechanically - With Specialized Snow Plows; General Purpose Road Machinery; Attached Snow Plows. Snow Drifts Are Removed With Rotary Snow Plows. Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal Includes The Following Activities: Snow Removal Without Sandblasting (Mechanized Snow Removal With A Snow Blower); Snow Removal With Machine Sandblasting; Snow Removal With Machine Sandblasting And Spreading With A Mixture Of Sand And Salt; Snow Removal With A Hinged Rotary Snow Blower (On The First Designated Position) When Carrying Out The Activities For Winter Maintenance Of The Road Network, It Is Necessary To Take Into Account The Specific Conditions For Parts Of The Road Network And The Facilities On Them In Terms Of Operational Characteristics And Service Objects (For Example: Bridge Facilities, For Which Winter Maintenance Should Guarantee A Good Operational Condition Throughout The Winter Period).
