The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Steel Casing (Hall) For A Test Track For Vehicle Collisions On The Premises Of The Łukasiewicz Research Network - Industrial Automotive Institute At Ul. Jagiellońska 55 In Warsaw, Including The Construction Of Walls, Roof, Escape Gates And Doors As Well As Accompanying Elements In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. In Addition, The Order Should Include Electrical Installations Of The Facility (Including General And Evacuation Lighting, Electric Shock Protection, Lightning Protection And Overvoltage Protection), Along With Measurements And Commissioning. The Scope Also Includes Sanitary Installations (Including: Fire Hydrant, Rainwater Drainage, Gravity Ventilation). The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Performance Of All Factual And Legal Activities Necessary For The Effective Completion Of The Investment Process, In Particular: • Preparation And Submission On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Of A Complete Application For An Occupancy Permit, • Participation In All Activities Carried Out By The Competent Construction Supervision Authority, In Particular Checking, Inspection And Explanatory Activities And Activities Related To Supplementing The Documentation, Submitting Explanations And Removing Formal Or Substantive Deficiencies, • Obtaining A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law.
