1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Consisting In Adapting The Helicopter Landing Pad Of The Regional Specialist Hospital. Dr. Władysław Biegański In Grudziądz To The Requirements Specified By Law, Including Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Technical Room, Renovation Of The Helipad Periphery, Renovation And Installation Of Safety Nets And Implementation Of An Automatic Extinguishing System In Accordance With The Content Of Annexes No. 2 And 6 To The Swz And In Accordance With Annex No. 4 To The Swz.2. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Will Be Made Under Contract No. Doi.Fm.Smpl.12.Lsor-Mod.2026.656.177 For Granting A Targeted Subsidy To Co-Finance The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled Adjustment Of The Grudziądz Rescue Helicopter Landing Pad To The Applicable Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On The Hospital Emergency Department, Concluded By The Ordering Party With The State Treasury - Minister Of Health (Hereinafter Referred To As The Grant Agreement Or Grant).3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit In Order To Prepare The Offer (The Above Is An Absolute Obligation Of The Contractor Conditioning The Submission Of The Offer, And Submitting An Offer Without An On-Site Visit Will Result In Its Rejection Pursuant To Article 226(1)(18) Of The Public Procurement Law).
