The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Heat Source And Central Heating Installation In The Municipal Cultural Center In Perzów In The Scope Of: A) Modernization Of The Boiler Room, Along With The Necessary Construction And Installation Works In The Scope Of Replacing The Water And Sewage Installations Also Under The Boiler Room Floor, Construction Of Passages And Partitions With Appropriate Fire Resistance (Walls And Doors), Replacement And Installation Of Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Fixtures, Execution Of Ceramic Tile Cladding, Painting Ceiling Surfaces, B) Replacement Of Furnaces, C) Replacement Of Pipelines, Automation And Control, D) Replacement Of Central Heating Installations Municipal Cultural Center In Perzów, Together With The Repair Of Defects After Installation Works. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including The Preparation Of The Work Area And Ensuring The Proper Condition Of The Work Area After Their Completion. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation: Construction Design With An Annex, Designs And Technical Specifications, Land Development Design And Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Only Of An Auxiliary Nature. Note: The Ordering Party Attaches Design Documentation Covering The Entire Investment Task, Consisting In The Comprehensive Modernization Of The Entire Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center. The Proceedings In Question Concern The Implementation Of Only The Part Specified In Point No. 1, I.E. The Replacement Of The Gok Central Heating Installation According To The Design Of The Sanitary Industry And The Modernization Of The Boiler Room According To Designs Of All Industries. When Calculating The Price, The Contractor Should Extract The Scope Of Work From The Entire Documentation, Relating Only To The Scope That Is The Subject Of This Procedure. Local Visit Recommended.
