The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Related To The Modernization Of The Existing Gravity Ventilation Installation In The Building Of The Primary School. Commission Of National Education In Brzostek, In Accordance With The Executive Documentation.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Construction Of A Superstructure Of Existing Ventilation Chimneys, • Performance Of Works In The Attic And Roof Parts Of The Building, • Installation Of Gravity Ventilation Elements, • Insulation Of Chimneys, • Performance Of Roof Flashings And Safety Elements, • Performance Of Accompanying Works, • Carrying Out Tests, Examinations And Technical Acceptance. 4. Description Of The Existing Conditionthe Existing Ventilation Of The Building Is Based On Gravity Ventilation Made Using The Technology Of Brick Chimneys Made Of Lime-Cement Bricks. The Building Has A Total Of: • 79 Ventilation Ducts, • Chimneys Marked From K-I To K-Xv, • Ducts With Cross-Sections Mainly: O 28X20 Cm, O 20X20 Cm. 5. Scope Of Works 5.1 Superstructure Of Ventilation Chimneys It Is Planned To Build A Superstructure Of Existing Chimneys From Light Expanded Clay Concrete Blocks. The Scope Of Works Includes: • Delivery And Installation Of Chimney Blocks, • Execution Of Reinforcement With Steel Bars, • Construction Of Structural Bonds, • Construction Of Chimney Superstructures In The Attic And Above The Roof. Estimated Number Of Hollow Bricks: • Approx. 694 Pieces In The Attic, • Approx. 219 Pieces Above The Roof Slope. 5.2 Insulation Of Chimneys Chimneys Should Be Insulated With 5 Cm Thick Rock Wool. The Scope Includes: • Installation Of Thermal Insulation, • Installation Of A Reinforced Layer, • Installation Of Fiberglass Mesh, • Implementation Of A Finishing Layer, • Painting With Facade Paint. 5.3 Roof Worksthe Scope Of Roof Works Includes: • Partial Disassembly Of The Roof Slope, • Construction Of Roof Passages, • Execution Of Sheet Metal Work, • Installation Of Prefabricated Chimney Caps, • Installation Of Chimney Sweep Benches, • Installation Of A Roof Hatch, • Installation Of Chimney Attachments To The Roof Truss.5.4 Requirements For The Execution Of Worksthe Works Must Be Performed:• In Accordance With The Executive Documentation, • In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law, • In Accordance With The Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works, • In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Health And Safety Regulations. All Materials And Devices Used Must: • Have The Required Approvals And Certificates, • Be Approved For Use In Construction, • Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Documentation. Equivalent Materials May Be Used After Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval.6.
