Description Of The Subject Of The Order.1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works And Planting Greenery Along With Maintenance For The Development Of Plot No. 299/27 At Ul. Kielecka 9, For The Municipal Greenery Authority In Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.2 The Subject Of The Proceedings And Order Is An Investment Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Zzm/Diw/O-Ii-1/25 Development Of Plot No. 299/27 At Ul. Kielecka 9; Zzm/O1.37/26 Green And Recreation Areas Of The City Of Krakow; Zzm/Ukz/011.3 The Investment Area Is Located On Plot No. 299/27, District S-5, Unit Registry Śródmieście.1.4 The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works As Well As Planting Greenery And Its Maintenance In 2026-2027.
