The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Two Toilets, Adapting Them To The Needs Of People With Disabilities In Order To Adapt The Building To Be Used By Disabled People As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of An Elevator And Adaptation Of Toilets For People With Disabilities In The Mcdn Building Of The Center In Tarnów. 2. The Scope Of The Works Includes: 1) Securing The Construction Site: A) Before Starting The Demolition Works, Remove/Forge New Joinery. The Contractor Must Install A Temporary Dust Curtain On The Substructure To Eliminate Dust Migration To Other Parts Of The Building; B) Corridors In The Demolition Areas And The Rubble Transport Route Should Be Protected In Layers: With Thick Technical Felt And Then With Thick Cardboard To Protect Existing Floors Against Mechanical Damage. All Damaged Tiles That May Arise During The Work Should Be Replaced With An Identical Pattern. Note: Protect One Side Of The Sandstone Stairs With Foil And Cover With Osb Boards, It Should Be Treated As A Communication Route For Transporting Demolition Material. Leave The Remaining Part Of The Stairs Open And Free From Any Protection. The Use Of A Chute Is Allowed Only After Prior Consultation With The Investor And Provided That The Windows And Sills Are Fully Protected. The Contractor Is Obliged To Continuously Sprinkle Water On The Rubble At The Point Of Its Outlet To The Container In Order To Eliminate Dust In The Parking Lot And The Building Surroundings.2) Demolition And Dismantling Works: A) Disassembly Of Existing Fittings, Washbasins, Central Heating Panel Radiators; B) Demolition Of Partition Walls Of Cabins, Removal Of Wall And Floor Cladding; C) Dismantling Of Joinery; D) Chiseling Door Opening To The Disabled Toilet. All Demolition Materials Should Be Stored Only In Containers Or Directly On Trucks Intended For Their Removal. The Location And Parking Time Of Containers Or Vehicles Should Be Agreed Each Time With The Investors Representative Before They Are Delivered. After Completing The Demolition Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Remove The Waste And Tidy Up The Area Around The Loading Site.3) Water And Sewage Installation Works: A) Modification Of The Water And Sewage And Central Heating Installations, Installation Of Under-Plaster Frames; B) Making Holes By Core Drilling In The External Walls, Maintaining The Required Slope Towards The Outside For Condensate. Delivery And Installation Of Wall Decentral Recuperators With Full Insulating Seal, Electrical Connection And Commissioning Of Devices; C) Delivery And Assembly Of Wall Decentral Recuperators With A Mounting Casing Diameter Of 150 Mm Is Required, Characterized By Absolute Bi-Directional Continuous Operation (Simultaneous, Uninterrupted Air Supply And Exhaust Through Independent Channels), Which Completely Excludes The Use Of Swinging/Alternating Devices Due To The Requirement For Protection Before Recirculating Odors.
