1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Protective Helmets For Riding A Bicycle, Electric Scooter Or Personal Transport Device For Children Who Are Fourth-Grade Students Of Primary School (Universal Helmet Size). Helmets Must Meet The En 1078 Standard Or An Equivalent Standard That Confirms Their Ability To Protect The Head. Whenever The En 1078 Standard Is Indicated In The Order Documentation, It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Allows An Equivalent Standard Confirming The Ability Of The Offered Helmets To Protect The Head In Accordance With The Scope Required By The En 1078 Standard. Helmets In White And Black Or Optionally To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement.
