The Task Is To Provide Technical Solutions In The Scope Of Improving The Tightness Of The Roof Covering, Insulating The Roof And Flat Roof, Restoring Drainage Elements, Flashings, Roof Penetrations And The Lightning Protection System.2. The Investment Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of Vi Secondary School Ul. At Ul. Saint Cyryla I Methodego 9, 65-533 Zielona Góra.3. Scope Of The Task: A) Dismantling The Roof Covering From Unusable Sheet Metal B) Horizontal Moisture And Water Insulation C) Insulating The Roof With Eps Thermal Insulation Boards With Roofing Felt, Thickness. 22 Cmd) Mechanical Fastening Of Thermal Insulation Boards, E) Insulation Of The Flat Roof With Mineral Wool Granules, Thickness. 20 Cm F) New Roofing Felt In A Two-Layer System G) Renovation Roofing Felt Single-Layer H) Roof Covering Of Attics, Walls, Chimneys, Hatches And Passages I) Flashings Made Of Corrosion-Resistant Sheet Metal J) Disassembly And Installation Of Ventilation/Exhaust Gas Pipes K) Installing The Roof Hatch With The Supporting Structure L) Rebuilding Of Chimneys M) Disassembly And Installation Of Gutters N) Disassembly And Installation Of Downpipes O) Reconstruction Of The Lightning Protection System And Measurements. Attention! There Are Devices On The Roof Of The Building (Within The Scope Of The Investment In Question): Active Mobile Telephony Base Stations (Called Antennas In The Technical Documentation). Due To The Above, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Base Station Shutdown Schedule For Approval, Which Is Subject To Acceptance By The Ordering Party. The Schedule Cannot Significantly Limit The Use Of The Base Station. In The Case Of Works Necessary To Be Performed Within The Devices, There May Be A Need To Dismantle And Assemble (In Whole Or In Part) The Base Stations, Therefore The Contractor Should Take The Above Into Account In The Calculation Of The Offer Price. A Method Of Securing Tightness Other Than That Indicated In The Design Documentation Is Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party.4. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.5. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In A Condition Free From Defects And Failures And Will Provide All Documentation Of The Built-In Materials And Confirmation Of Work In Accordance With The Provisions Generally Applicable To A Given Type Of Facilities.
