Tenders are invited for Construction of Sunshade for Water Point. Closing Date: Tuesday, 07. Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Infrastructure & Services Rehabilitation Duration of Contract: Detailed timeline per deliverable to be agreed upon with the consultant. Oxfam is a global movement of people, working together to end the injustice of poverty. Oxfam has been working in Lebanon since 1993. We provide humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people affected by conflict, and we promote economic justice and good governance, and womens rights. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men. Oxfam is looking for a contractor to supply and install a Sunshade for Water Points located in Chlifa and Haouche Barada Villages. Content of Works: The Contractors relationship will directly be with OXFAM staff. OXFAM will inform the contractor on the date of starting the activity. Oxfam WASH Team is responsible to monitor and confirm the work. Ensure safety and security/prevention to avoid any accident while Implementation. The contractor must be capable of completing this task within 10 Days. Any item not complying with the specs will be rejected. The Contractor is responsible for any damage during works, utilities, and shall reinstate all affected assets at his own cost. SPECIFICATION OF WORK AND SERVICES REQUIRED Location : Chlifa & Haouche Barada village GPS coordinats : Chlifa 33.8366792, 35.9202214 Haouche Barada 34.0096192, 36.1219230 Supply and install a steel Sunshade for water Points installed in Chlifa and Haouche Barada Municipalities with clay roof tiles with wire mesh doors painted with two layers of epoxy black colour The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies: Essential I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney. Copies of original documents that demonstrate their legal establishment, registration, and status. Data sheets for each item specified in the BoQ. Each data sheet must be saved as a separate file with the corresponding item name. Experience with Oxfam / NGOs / working in development/ humanitarian settings (Similar experience. Please attach a table including company name, work description.) Proficiency in the relevant market of this request (Reference of two or more clients within similar scope we need (Preferable with NGOs) (NGO Name or private client name, contact person and email, project description, locations, value of money).
