Tenders are invited for Procurement of Selection and Engagement of a Professional Public Relations Services Firm for the Promotion of Sri Lankas Marine and Offshore Services (M&Os) Sector Globally -Sri Lanka Export Development Board (Edb). A complete set of Procurement Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the Sri Lanka Export Development Board (SLEDB) at the address stated in Paragraph 5, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 1,000.00. The Procurement Documents may also be downloaded for reference purposes from the SLEDB website under the "Announcements" section at www.srilankabusiness.com/announcements Payment shall be made in accordance with the method specified in the Procurement Documents, and copies of the relevant payment slip or original receipt must be attached to the proposal. Proposals submitted without the required proof of payment for the respective activity or activities will not be considered for evaluation. Bids must be delivered to the address (above para 5) on or before 11.00 a.m. on July 06th 2026. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the bid closing in the presence of the bidders representatives, who choose to attend at 11.00 a.m. on July 06th 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bank guarantee of not less than Sri Lankan Rupees Fifty Thousand. (LKR 50,000.00).
