The Brief Description Of The Works Are: (I) Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation And Maintenance Of A Grid-Connected Approximately 6 Mwp Solar Photovoltaic (Pv) Power Generation System At The Karnaphuli Tunnel Site Under The Opex-Boo (Build, Own And Operate) Model;(Ii) The Project Shall Be Implemented In Two Phases (Phase 01 – Design, Procurement, And Implementation, Phase 02 – Cod, Operation & Maintenance) To Facilitate Efficient Deployment And Integration Of The Solar Pv System.(Iii) Development Of Ground-Mounted And Rooftop Solar Pv Facilities, Associated Electrical Interconnection Systems, Monitoring Systems And All Ancillary Equipment Required For Safe And Reliable Operation In Compliance With Applicable Laws, Regulations And Standards;(Iv) Generation And Supply Of Solar Electricity Through Net Metering Arrangement, Including Operation, Maintenance, Performance Monitoring, Repair And Replacement Of Equipment To Ensure Continuous And Efficient System Performance Throughout The Contract Period.The Above Goods & Related Services Are Required For The Entire Contract Period As Specified In The Contract.
