The Inosat L2 Project Includes, In The Chute To Stack Lot, The “Furnace-Boiler” (F.C.), “Flue Gas Treatment” (T.F.) Processes, Including The Related Electrical And Control Technology. The Chute To Stack Lot Includes Elements Similar To The Furnace And Boiler With A Grate Municipal Waste Incineration Line, With A Nominal Capacity Of 15 T/H And A Gross Thermal Capacity Of 56 Mw In A New Incineration Building To Be Built At The Northern End Of The Existing Pit. This Lot Includes The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Combustion (Air System, Grate, Combustion Regulation And Bottom Ash Extraction) As Well As The Boiler, The 3-Field Electrostatic Precipitator, The External Economizer And All Necessary Auxiliary Systems (Conveyors, Pumps, Pipes, Pipes, Instrumentation, Actuators, Cabling, Etc.). In Addition, The Chute To Stack Package Includes Fume Treatment For A Flow Rate Of Approximately 80,000 Nm3/H. It Includes The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Four-Stage Wet Washing Unit (Quench/Acid Stage, Neutral Stage, Fine Dust Removal, Condensation Stage), An Scr System On Purified Smoke (Steam-Smoke Exchanger, Ammonia Water Injection, Scr Catalyst), Two Smoke-Smoke Exchangers (Scrubber System And Scr System), A Draft Fan, A Smoke-Water Exchanger And A Chimney With All The Units Necessary Auxiliaries (Pumps, Pipes, Pipes, Instrumentation, Actuators, Wiring, Etc.). The Chute To Stack Package Also Includes Medium And Low Voltage Systems And Control Technology For The New Line.
