The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Urban Project Management Mandate For The Grosselin Sector In Carouge, As Part Of The Praille–Acacias–Vernets (Pav) Project. The Multidisciplinary Team Will Be Responsible For Supporting The Development Of The Sector. The Main Missions Of The Market Are: * Consolidation Of The Grosselin Guide Plan * Formalization Of Localized Grosselin Neighborhood Plans * Architectural, Urban, Environmental And Development Coordination * Additional Missions According To The Needs Of The Project At The Stage Of The Request For Participation, The Teams Will Be Composed Of * An Urban Planner Or An Architect-Urban Planner * An Architect If The Urban Planner Does Not Have This Skill * A Specialist In Sustainable Development And The Environment. The Teams Authorized To Submit An Offer Must Complete Their Team With The Following Skills: * Urban Programming And Activation Expert * Mobility, Flow And Logistics Expert The Winning Team Will Work In Close Collaboration With The Landscape Architect, Already Mandated, In Charge Of Open Spaces. This Skill Is Therefore Not Required.
