Sewerage Works Equipment – Aba Dessau - 545. Aba (Wastewater Treatment Plant) For The Dessau Plant Of Db Fahrzeuginstandhalte Gmbh The Db Fzi Dessau Plant Operated An Ultrafiltration System For The Treatment Of Washing And Rinsing Wastewater From Various Washing And Cleaning Systems For Electric Locomotives And Their Components Until 2023. Due To The Age-Related Condition Of The System, It Was Taken Out Of Operation. The Wastewater Contains Impurities That Are Typical In Railway Operations. These Are Predominantly Solid Particles From External Deposits On Locomotives As Well As Oils And Greases, Such As Those Found When Washing Roller Bearings And Transmission Parts. In Addition, There Are Used Detergent Residues And Still Reactive Components. The Amount Of Wastewater Generated Every Week Is Approx. 50 M³. The New Systems Will Be Installed Within The Factory Hall In The Area Of ​​The Previous Water Treatment. Delivery, Commissioning, Trial Operation And Final Acceptance Are Scheduled To Be Completed By June 30, 2027.
