The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Delivery And Implementation, To The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Lublin, Of The Following Devices And Software, Creating A Coherent It System: A) Block-File Matrix - 1 Piece; B) Additional Disk Space In The Form Of 3 Disk Shelves With Disks And Licenses For The Dell Data Domain 6410 Device Owned By The Ordering Party; C) Fiber Channel Switches With Licenses – 2 Pcs.; D) Additional Disk Space In The Form Of 2 Pieces (1 Piece For Each Array) Disk Shelves With Disks And Licenses For Two Netapp Fas2720 Disk Arrays Owned By The Ordering Party; E) Tape Library – 1 Pc.; F Drive For The Currently Owned Quantum I3 Tape Library - 1 Pc. In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Appendix No. 1 Of The Swz. 2. Granting The Ordering Party A 60-Month Warranty On The Terms Specified In The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Terms Of The Agreement, The Template Of Which Is Annex 2 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Provisions Contained In The Agreement Are Treated As Conditions For Awarding The Order. 4. If The Tender Documentation Indicates A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Supplies Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor (In Particular The Trade Name Of The Form, Goods Or Product), The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Directly Or Indirectly Indicated In The Tender Documentation, Identifying The Goods Or Product Directly Or Indirectly - Allows Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With The Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Above-Mentioned. Documentation And Shall Reference Any Such Reference To Or Equivalent. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Documentation. 5. If The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party, And Each Such Reference Is Marked Or Equivalent.
