This Consultation Concerns The Carrying Out Of Checks On Private Sanitation Installations For Individual Homes, Collective Buildings In Their Entirety, Similar Domestic Ones As Well As Small Industries Such As Garages And Small Manufacturing Factories. It Concerns Collective Sanitation, Namely All Connected Or Connectable Buildings. These Checks Are Carried Out As Part Of Initial Diagnostics (Neighborhood Checks, Etc.), Property Sales Or New Installations. Compliance Checks Will Be Carried Out In The 35 Municipalities Where Siarce Exercises Wastewater Sanitation “Collection” Competence, Including, Exceptionally, The Financially Independent Management Of Malesherbois. However, If A Municipality Were To Delegate Collection Competence To Siarce During The Period Of Execution Of This Contract, The Selected Company Will Also Have To Carry Out Checks On This Municipality. This Is A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Single-Award, Concluded With No Minimum And With An Annual Maximum Of 100,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax. This Amount Is Identical For Each Renewal Period. The Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying The Unit Prices Set In The Price List To The Quantities Actually Executed. Prices Are Subject To Review
