The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery, Implementation, Configuration, Integration, Launch And Maintenance Of A Comprehensive It System For The Purposes Of Carrying Out The Tasks Of The Digital Medicine Center Of The National Institute Of Cardiology, Hereinafter Referred To As The Digital Medicine Center System (Cmc System / System), Along With Conducting Training, Providing Documentation And Providing Service And Technical Support. 2. The Ordering Party Expects The Delivery, Implementation And Launch Of A Coherent, Integrated Ict Environment Supporting The Implementation Of The Tasks Of The Digital Medicine Center Of The National Institute Of Cardiology. The Ordering Partys Intention Is Not To Purchase A Single, Isolated Tool Or A Set Of Independent Products, But To Implement One Cmc System, Including A Set Of Cooperating Functional Components That Perform Tasks In The Areas Of Medical Data Management And Integration, Data Analytics, Ai/Ml, Clinical Process Support, Biobank, Medical Records And Synthetic Data. 3. The Ordering Party Assumes That The System Is To Be Organized Around Separate Business Modules, While Maintaining Common Access, Integration, Security, Data Exchange, Analytics And Maintenance Mechanisms. This Way Of Shaping The System Results From The Nature Of The Project, In Which Clinical, Research, Analytical And Operational Processes Interpenetrate, And Data And Processing Results Are To Be Used Between Individual Functional Areas. This Means That The Ordering Party Expects A Modular Solution, But At The Same Time Integral From The Point Of View Of Architecture, Contractor Responsibility And Operation.
