Against This Background, A Newly Built Tunnel Operations Center (Tbz) In Bavaria Is To Take Over These Tasks In The Future. The Scope Of Services To Be Provided Here Extends In The First Phase To The Basic Determination And The Preliminary Planning For The Users Technical Equipment, Which Is Necessary For Monitoring The Tunnels. Depending On The Progress Of Construction, The Further Service Phases, From Draft Planning To Later Construction Supervision In Accordance With §53 Ff. Hoai, Will Be Commissioned In Stages. Throughout The Entire Project, Close Coordination With The Bavarian State Building Construction Department Is Required, Which In Parallel Carries Out The Planning And Construction Of The Building And System Groups 1 To 4 In Accordance With Section 53 Hoai. The Communication Infrastructure Must Be Planned In Lan And Wan Concepts For Connecting The Tunnels And Operating The Tbz. Two Variants Need To Be Developed For This. Based On These Circumstances, The Media Connections Such As Power, Signaling Technology, Cooling And Ventilation For The Technical Equipment Must Be Dimensioned And Handed Over To The State Building Construction Department For The Planning Of Their System Groups.
