The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus, Manufactured No Older Than 2025, Approved And Compliant With Applicable Regulations And Technical Conditions For School Buses, Intended For Transporting Children And Adolescents To Schools, Including Children With Disabilities In Wheelchairs From The Brzeźnio Commune. By Supply Of A School Bus, The Ordering Party Understands The Delivery Of An M3 Category Bus (E.G. An Intercity Bus), Which Will Be Adapted To Transport Children And Teenagers, And Will Meet The Requirements For School Buses Specified In The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular In § 22 Of The Regulation On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, Consolidated Text). 2. The Description Of The Minimum Technical Requirements, Equipment And Documentation For The School Bus Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Addition, The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In This Specification Of The Terms Of Order Together With The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3. The Offered School Bus Should Be Approved For Trading In The Territory Of Poland And Adapted To Traffic On Public Roads In The Territory Of Poland, In Particular It Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulations, In Particular: 3.1. The Ordering Party Informs That The Term School Bus Should Be Understood As A Bus Of Category M3, Class Ii (Intercity Bus), Which Meets The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended), In Particular In §22 [Bus School]. The Subject Of The Order Is Intended For Use By Natural Persons, So In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019.
