Tenders are invited for Supply of Air-Cooled Water Chiller Package Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The Depropanizer 204C 006 is currently operated at a reduced pressure of approximately 235 psig (versus the original design pressure of 300 psig) to prevent tower flooding at higher feed rates. At this operating condition, the required condensing temperature cannot be achieved using ambient air cooling alone. To ensure adequate overhead condensation and stable operation, additional cooling facilities have been installed, including a reflux trim condenser (204E 053A) and water chiller systems (204K 004 005 005A). These systems primarily provide supplementary cooling to the reflux stream, enabling efficient top section cooling while minimizing reflux flow and reducing flooding risk. A dedicated chiller (204K 005A) supports the reflux trim condenser, while also serving as a standby unit to the existing chilling systems.
