1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Fire Alarm System And Installation, As Well As The Installation Of A Gravity Smoke Exhaust System With Aeration In Accordance With The Attached Designs Of Individual Buildings Of Complex B Located In Business Park Nad Drwiną 10 In Krakow. The Implementation Of Individual Tasks Is Understood In Particular As: A) Comprehensive Implementation And Installation Of A Fire Alarm System And Installation Of A Gravity Smoke Exhaust System With Aeration In Accordance With The Attached Specifications And Design Approved By Fire Protection Expert, Delivery And Installation Of All Elements, I.E. Devices/Cabling/Troughs, Etc., In Accordance With The Design Documentation Along With Connection To Electrical Switchboards, B) Purchase And Installation Of Elements Of The Fire Alarm System And Gravity Smoke Removal System With Aeration, C) Measurements Of Electrical Installations (Insulation Resistance, Short-Circuit Loop Impedance, Rcd Testing, Continuity Of Equipotential Bonding), Testing And Testing Of Fire Alarm Systems And A Gravity Smoke Exhaust System With Aeration. D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 36-Month Warranty For The Work Performed And Installed Devices. E) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Periodic (At Least Once A Year) Inspections Of The Installation And Its Elements Installed As Part Of This Task, As Required By Law And Manufacturers Recommendations. The Contractor Should Prepare A Report For Each Inspection Indicating Its Scope.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Include The Following Types Of Activities: Installation And Assembly Of Ssp System Apparatus And Devices, Including A Gravity Smoke Removal System With Aeration, And Carrying Out Complete Measurements Of The Electrical Installation, Testing And Testing Of Fire Alarm Systems And A Gravity Smoke Removal System, Together With Aeration.4.
