Batorego 57 The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: - Demolition And Dismantling Works Of The Existing Roof Elements Of The Building, - Repair Works Of Existing Chimneys, - Works In The Field Of Replacing Damaged Elements Of The Roof Truss, - Works In The Field Of Strengthening The Existing Roof Truss, - Works In The Field Of Replacing The Sanitary Sewage Vent Pipes Leading Above The Roof, - Works In The Field Of Ceiling Insulation And Construction Of Communication Routes, - Works In The Field Of Reconstruction And Installation Of Dormers, - Works Related To The Installation Of Gutters And Sheet Metal Flashings, - Works Related To The Installation Of Ceramic Roof Tiles, - Works Related To The Installation Of Lightning Protection Systems And Snow Fences, - Works Related To The Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels, - Cleaning Works Involving The Disposal Of Materials From The Demolition Of Roof Elements. The Developed Design Documentation Did Not Use Or Indicate Proper Names Or Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. The Design Documentation Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.1. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Order Documents, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Equivalent To Those Described.2. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.3. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Demonstrate Equivalence By Any (Reliable) Means. Failure To Demonstrate Equivalence Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
