Thermal Modernization Of The Primary School Building In Domaszków In The Design And Build System.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Works In The Building Of The Primary School, Located At Ul. Kolejowa 10, On Plot No. 781, Precinct 0004- Domaszków, Registration Unit 020810_5 Międzylesie - Rural Area.2. The Building Is Not Entered In The Register Of Monuments. It Is A Facility With A Basement And Two Above-Ground Floors. The Buildings Body Was Shaped On A Rectangular Plan. The Heated Volume Of The Building Is 4,570.70 M³, While The Usable And Heated Area Is 1,547.66 M². The Number Of Users Of The Facility Is Approximately 200 People.3. The Building Is Made Of Solid Brick. The External Walls Of The Above-Ground Floors Are Single-Layer, 57 Cm Thick, Uninsulated. Also, The External Walls Near The Ground Were Made Of Single-Layer Solid Brick, 57 Cm Thick. The Inter-Story Ceilings And The External Ceiling Were Made Of Żerań Slabs. The Facility Has An Unventilated Flat Roof, Based On A Ceiling Made Of Żerań Slabs, Insulated With Furnace Slag And Covered With Roofing Felt. The Floor On The Ground Is Made Of Concrete, On A Sand Base, Without Insulation.4. The Windows And Doors In The Building Are Diverse. The Facility Has Pvc Windows And Old Wooden Joinery. Some Of The Window Joinery Was Assessed As Partially Leaky, While The Old Wooden Joinery Was Leaky. The Door Joinery Is Made Of Aluminum And Wood - Also Leaky. The Building Also Has Roof Skylights. The Technical Condition Of The Walls And Roof Was Assessed As Poor, The Technical Condition Of The New Window And Door Joinery Was Assessed As Satisfactory, And The Old Joinery Was Assessed As Poor.5. The Building Is Equipped With A Central Heating System Powered By A Local Coal-Fired Boiler Room Located In The Basement.
