7.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Cement And Sand Ballast, Ordinary Concrete And Concrete For Road Bases: Concrete Of Class C 8/10 - 250 M3, Concrete Of Class C 12/15 - 300 M3, Concrete Of Class C 16/20 - 100 M3, Concrete Of Class C 20/25 - 50 M3, Concrete Of Class C 30/37 - 50 M3, Cement And Sand Ballast 1:4 - 300 M3, Stabilization C 0.4/0.5 - 200 M3, Road Stabilization With Strength Rm = 1.5-2.5 Mpa - 180 M3. The Amount Given Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Ordered Item. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Have The Right To Demand Remuneration Only For The Completed Purchase Amount. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of The Subject Of The Order With A Value Of 30% Of The Offer Price. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Standards Used In Construction And Should Have Appropriate Attestations, Certificates And Quality Certificates Required By Law Confirming Compliance With This Standard. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected Successively Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, After Prior Notification By Telephone Or E-Mail, Submitted No Later Than 1 Business Day Before The Date Of Collection. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Immediately Confirm Receipt Of The Order. The Ready-Made Products Will Be Released At The Contractors Registered Office Or In The Place Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form, After Prior Examination Of The Materials Carried Out With The Participation Of The Parties Representatives. Warranty For The Subject Of The Order: 36 Months. The Ordering Party Requires That The Place Of Issue Of The Subject Of The Order Be Far From The Ordering Partys Registered Office: Municipal Roads Plant - Ul. Korczaka 20, 39-300 Mielec; Water And Sewerage Plant - Ul. Wolności 29 B, 39-300 Mielec;  Municipal Cemetery - Ul. Królowej Jadwigii 66, 39-300 Mielecmaximum 15 Km (Distance Measured Along The Route Running On Paved Public Roads) And Was Open From 7:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. From Monday To Friday (Excluding Public Holidays). Maximum Waiting Time For Loading: 15 Minutes.
