The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil For Heating Purposes At Acc, Hereinafter Referred To As Oil, For The District Social Welfare Home In Ostrowina, Ostrowina 21, 56-400 Oleśnica, In Accordance With The Specification Given In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting An Annex To Swz.3. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 09135100-5 – Heating Oil.4. The Expected Quantity Of Delivery During The Duration Of The Contract Is 197,600 Liters Of Oil And Is An Estimate. 5. The Order Specifies The Maximum Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Intends To Commission At Least 60% Of The Maximum Value Of The Contract Specified In § 2 Section 1 Of The Contract. Due To The Failure To Use The Maximum Value Of The Contract Indicated In § 2 Section 1 Of The Contract In Full, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Damages From The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Has 2 Tanks With A Total Capacity Of 30,000 Liters Each.7. The Minimum Quantity Of Oil Delivered At One Time Should Be Higher Than 7,000 Liters. The Total Capacity Of Fuel Storage Tanks Is 60,000 Liters (2 X 30,000 Liters).8. The Delivered Oil Should Meet The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024 And Have A Quality Certificate Issued By An Entity Authorized To Control Quality, Confirming The Following Parameters: Density At A Temperature Of 15 Degrees C Max. 860 Kg/M3 Calorific Value Min. 42.60 Mj/Kg Ignition Temperature Min. 56 Degrees Cpour Point Max. -20 Degrees Csulfur Content Max. 0.10% Water Content Max. 200 Mg/Kgcontent Of Solid Impurities Max. 24 Mg/Kg Carbonation Residue In 10% Distillation Residue Max. 0.30% Ash Residue Max. 0.01%9. The Ordering Party Informs That Settlement Will Take Place At A Reference Temperature Of +15 Degrees C, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations (In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Excise Duty Act). 10. Complaints Regarding Identified Irregularities And Defects Will Be Handled With Due Diligence, Understood As The Diligence Of A Professional In The Activity Covered By The Subject Of The Order.
