1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Gas Boiler Room With Internal Gas Installation In The Building Of The Manor House In Lipinki, Plot No. 2102/2. Reconstruction Of The Existing Boiler Room In A Historic Building Entered In The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship Under No. A-103/M As A Manor And Park Complex Located In Lipinki, Poviat. Gorlicki Will Consist In Dismantling Works Of Existing Devices And Networks, Demolition Works And Separating The Boiler Room From Other Rooms In The Basement With A Rei120 Fire-Resistant Wall, Ei60 Fire-Resistant Doors And Ei60 Fire-Resistant Windows, Lowering The Floor Level To The Sub-Floor Layers, Replacing Window And Door Joinery, Replacing The Existing Air Supply Duct, Performing Plasters, Insulation, Wall And Ceiling Cladding With Tiles, Painting Walls And Ceilings And Replacement Of The Boiler Room Technology Based On Two Gas Condensing Boilers With A Nominal Power (80/60 C) 12-61.5 Kw Equipped With An Insulated Flue Chimney, Manifolds, Boiler Pumps, Safety Valves, Hydraulic Coupling And Fittings: Shut-Off Valves, Check Valves Along With The Following Installations: Electricity, Water And Sewage, Gas And Gas Detection, Instrumentation And Control. Additionally, At The Entrance To The Boiler Room, An Acoustic-Optical Signaling Device, The Boiler Room Main Switch And A Quick Gas Shut-Off Valve Will Be Installed.2.
