The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Providing Meals For Children Attending Primary Schools, Kindergarten Classes And A Nursery In The Chmielnik Commune In The 2026/2027 And 2027/2028 School Year.2. Preparation And Cooking Of Meals Will Take Place In The Kitchen With Appropriate Equipment, Located On The Premises Of Primary School No. 3 In Chmielnik, Which Will Be Lent To The Contractor Who Will Be Awarded The Order On The Terms Set Out In §14 Of The Agreement, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 4 To Swz.3. The Use Of The Kitchen Area With Facilities And Equipment For The Preparation Of Meals Will Be Made On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor.4. The Costs Of Using Utilities, I.E. Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewage, Are Borne By The Contractor. 1) The Cost Of Electricity And Gas Consumption Is Covered By The Contractor Based On The Submeter Readings, Other Costs Related To The Consumption Of Gas And Electricity Shown On The Invoice (E.G.
