The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Restoring The Retention Function Of 5 Water Reservoirs (Ponds) In The Brzeg Dolny Commune As Part Of The Task Restoring The Retention Function Of Water Reservoirs In The Brzeg Dolny Commune. The Investment Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula.2. Investment Location: Works Will Be Carried Out In The Following Locations: • Grodzanów: Plot No. 130/1 Am-1• Pogalewo Wielkie: Plot No. 85 Am-1• Pogalewo Małe: Plot No. 93/2 Am-2• Naborów: Plot No. 47 Am-1 And 53/3 Am-1• Radecz: Plot No. 141 Am-13. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of Works Aimed At Restoring The Technical Efficiency And Original Parameters Of Existing Ponds By:• Cleaning And Desilting The Bottoms Of Reservoirs.• Repairing And Profiling Slopes.• Renovation Or Reconstruction Of Water Facilities (Gates, Bleeders, Culverts, Sewage Outlets).• Removal Of Invasive Vegetation And Unnecessary Bushes.• Tidying Up The Area And Installing/Renovating Fences.3.1 Scope For Individual Facilities:• Pond In Grodzanów: Desilting Of Approx. 1,060 M² (Layer 0.4 M), Protection Of 7 Pieces Of Old Trees, Renovation Of The Drainage Structure With Recesses For Septic Tanks, Profiling Of Slopes (Approx. 165 M²). • Pond In Pogalewo Wielkie: Desilting Of Approx. 1,222 M², Renovation Of The Drainage Structure And Stormwater Drainage Outlets (Kd500, Kd150), Installation Of 54 Meters Of Fencing, Profiling And Topsoiling Of Slopes. • Pond In Pogalewo Mały: Removal Of Sosnowski Hogweed (Approx. 20 M²), Desilting Of Approx. 784 M², Profiling Of Overwater And Underwater Slopes (Total Approx. 147 M²). • Pond In Naborów: Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Fence, Dismantling Of The Damaged Ring Well, Renovation Of The Kd600 Culvert Inlet With Installation Of A Grate, Desilting Of Approx. 453 M². • Pond In Radcz: Disassembly And Installation Of 165 Meters Of Fencing, Demolition Of A Well, Desilting Of Approx. 1,541 M², Renovation Of Sewage Outlets (Kd300, Kd150).4. Requirements Regarding Design Documentation: The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Carry Out Geodetic Positional And Height Measurements. • Preparation Of Detailed Designs For Each Industry (If Applicable), Preparation Of Cost Estimates For Each Tank Separately • Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements (E.G. Consent Of The Owners Of Neighboring Properties For Entry) Other Information Regarding Design Studies And As-Built Documentation Are Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Annex To Swz) And In The Construction Contract. In Order To Provide A More Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Includes The Functional And Utility Program, The Ordering Party Informs That The Document In Question, Which Is An Annex To The Swz, Also Contains A Drawing Part.5.
