We Request A Quote For Construction Work For The Merilä Operations Centers Sauna Building And Sleeping Module With Building Engineering Work According To The Attached Documents As Totalentreprenad. The Offer Is Given As A Fixed Price (Turnkey Contract). With Tenders, Tenderers Must Submit The Hourly Billing Price On The Tender Form. The Hourly Billing Price Does Not Affect The Choice Of General Contractor. The Tenderer Should Fulfill Suitability Requirements For The Procurement. Selection Of A Contractor Is Made According To A Fixed Price. The Contract Includes Alteration Work / Basic Renovation Of Meriläs Sauna Building And Sleeping Module With Building Technical Alteration Work / Renewal Of Building Technical Systems According To Documents. The Construction Also Includes New Geothermal Heating Systems And Sewage Systems For Buildings According To Documents. The Sauna Building Is Approx. 134 M2 And Sleeping Module Approx. 333 M2. The Entire Sauna Building Is Being Completely Renovated And On The Sleeping Module, 2 Modules Are Being Renovated/Changed (2X 111 M2). The Construction Work Is Estimated To Be Able To Start In Week 35/2026, On 24.8.2026. The Building Project Should Be Completed By 28.2.2027 At The Latest.
