This Applies Particularly To Recruitment Advertisements, But The Municipalities Will Also Be Able To Use The Solution For More Complex Or Statutory Announcements, Where Correct Channel Selection, Targeting And Documentation Are Important. Harstad Municipality Is The Client For The Procurement On Behalf Of The Municipalities Covered By The Agreement. Each Participating Municipality Is Itself Responsible For Its Own Obligations Under The Framework Agreement. Other Municipal Businesses, Including Bodies Governed By Public Law And Associations Formed By Harstad Municipality, Shall Have The Right, But Not The Obligation, To Accede To The Agreement. Furthermore, The Suppliers Solution Must Facilitate That Advertisements Prepared In The Municipalities Own Recruitment And Hr Systems Can Be Imported Or Uploaded To The Suppliers Platform In A Simple And Appropriate Way. There Are No Requirements For System Integrations Or Automated Data Exchange. The Assignment Also Includes The Necessary Reporting And Documentation Relating To The Individual Advertisement Or Campaign.
