The Purpose Of This Project Is To Execute The Civil, Architectural And Specialty Works Necessary For The Remodeling Of The Outpatient And Inpatient Pharmacy Unit Of The National Thorax Institute, In Order To Optimize Its Operation, Improve The Working Conditions Of The Staff, Reinforce The Health Standards Required For This Type Of Facility And Allow Adequate Operational Continuity During And After The Intervention. Considering Various Tasks Such As Demolition Of Partitions, Demolition Of False Ceilings, Removal Of Finishing Elements, Removal Of Sanitary Fixtures, Replacement Of Modular Ceilings, Removal And Execution Of Electrical Installations, Removal And Execution Of Data Installations, Installation Of New False Ceilings, Installation Of Lighting Equipment, Installation Of Air Conditioning Equipment, Installation Of Pavements, Paintings Of Walls And Ceilings, Installation Of Clinical Furniture, Installation Of Dust Covers, Installation Of Wall Guards, Installation Of Lead Sheets In Floor Slabs, Installation Of Ceramic Coverings, Installation Of Doors, Preparation Of Metal Support Platform, Maintenance Of Wall Guards, Maintenance Of Doors And Installation Of Other Finishing Elements Among Other Elements, Installation Of Closed Circuit Television, Etc. The Facilities That Require A Project At A Minimum Are: Air Conditioning System, Electrical (Equipment-Specific, Lighting, Electrical Power, Data), Closed Circuit Television, Architecture, Furniture, Structural Reinforcements, Construction Of Walls, Sewage, Electricity. The Supplier Must Deliver All The Plans, Certifications, Te1 Corresponding To The Facilities Of The Venues. Specifically, The Project Seeks To Reorganize And Adapt The Distribution Of The Existing Spaces, Improving The Functional Relationship Between The Different Rooms That Make Up The Unit, Such As Dispensing, Preparation And Storage Areas, Headquarters Office, Consultation Box, Controlled Medication Sectors, Unit Doses, Prepared Carts And Administrative Areas, In Accordance With The Projects Reference Planimetry. The Works Must Be Executed Taking Special Care Of Compatibility With The Existing Infrastructure Of The Building, Which Corresponds To A Long-Standing Hospital Construction, Predominantly In Reinforced Concrete And With Considerable Thicknesses Of Construction Elements, Which Requires The Provision Of Controlled Technical Solutions For Drilling, Passing, Fixing And Coordination Of Specialties.
