Tenders Are Invited For Provide The Department With The Supply Of The Following Urban Furniture To Be Installed On Public Roads: - Semi-Automatic Retractable Bollards (24 Units) - Inclusive Recycled Plastic Springs (10 Units) - 40 Mm Rubber Tile Flooring (100 M2) All Supplies Will Be Brand New. It Must Be Understood That The Mark, If Applicable, That Accompanies The Description Of Certain Articles Is Merely Indicative And Must Be Understood Followed By The Expression Or Equivalent In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 126.6 Of The Lcsp. When Reference Is Made To Quality Certificates Or Une-En Standards, Equivalent Certificates Issued By Bodies Established In Any Member State Of The European Union Will Be Recognized And Other Equivalent Proof Of Measurement Will Also Be Accepted Of Guarantee Of The Quality Presented By The Employers. The Services That Are The Subject Of This Contract Must Conform To The Requirements Established In This Set Of Administrative Clauses And In The
