The Contract Begins With The Surcharge And Is Automatically Extended Annually Up To A Maximum Of Six Years, Unless Objected To. The Contractor Supports The Client In The Strategic Development Of The Tempelhof Site, Including Analysis, Concept Development, Award And Leasing Procedures As Well As Activation And Communication. The Service Also Includes Participation Formats, Urban Development Policy Networking As Well As Internal Organizational And Exchange Processes. The Award Takes Place In Two Lots: Lot 1 (Strategic Content, Investment And Governance Services) And Lot 2 (Real Estate And Portfolio Strategy Services).
