The Subject Of The Performance Of The Awarded Public Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Public Contract) Is Legal Services And Legal Advice In The Regime Of Act No. 85/1996 Coll., On Advocacy, Specifically The Provision Of Legal Services And Advice In The Area Of Subsidies, Public Support And Eu Law, From The Position Of Both The Recipient And The Provider Of Subsidies Or Public Support Within The Scope Of The Framework Agreement (Appendix No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation): • Public Support / Subsidy - Setting The Support Regime And Project Compliance (Opinions On The Setting Of Support In Relation To The Call, Consultations With Governing Bodies, Interpretation Of Rules, Market Analyses, Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Implementation With The Allocated Support, Advice In Relation To Cocof Guidelines And Methodological Documents); • Financial Control / Budget Rules - Defense In Control And Levy Matters (Objections To The Protocol On Control, Appeals Against The Payment Assessment, Opinions On Violation Of Budgetary Discipline, Preclusion Periods For Levies); • Public Support – Expert Analyses/Case Studies (Especially De Minimis, Article 107 Tfeu); • Subsidy Programs – Legal Consultations; Eu Compliance Outside Subsidies/Support (Gdpr, Eidas) (Methodologies, Recommendations, Related Advice); • Eu Law – Assessment Of The Notification Obligation Of A Technical Regulation; • Public Support In The Area Of ​​Services Of General Economic Interest.
