Cleaning Services – Central Library Oodis Cleaning Services For The Years 2027-2028 (Option Period 2029-2030). With This Request For Tenders, We Are Asking For A Quote For The Procurement Of Cleaning Services For The Central Library Oodi For The Period 1 January 2027– 31 December 2028. The Agreement Also Includes One Two-Year Option Period From 1 January 2029 To 31 December 2030. Oodi Is Located Next To Kansalaistor Next To Töölönlahti Park, Töölönlahdenkatu 4, Helsinki. About 10,000 Customers Visit Oodi Every Day (Estimated Number Of Visitors For The Year 2026). Oodis Cleaning Area Is Approximately 12,900 M2, Opening Hours Are 8:00 A.M.–9:00 P.M. On Weekdays And 10:00 A.M.–8:00 P.M. On Weekends (In 2026). The Central Library In Oodi Organizes Several Different Events Every Week, Such As Workshops, Seminars And Public Events. Events Are Held In Different Spaces, Such As The Cinemas Auditorium (250 People), The Multipurpose Hall In Maija (200 People), Kuutio (50 People) And The Kitchen For Rent. In The Librarys Premises, Mainly In Maijansali, Catering Services Can Also Be Arranged, Which Are Handled By The In-House Restaurateur. Between The Events And In Connection With The Meal And Break Times Held During Them, There May Be A Need For Intermediate Cleaning In The Premises, In Addition, Cleaning In These Premises May Require Moving Furniture. A Lot Of Events Are Organized In The Vicinity Of The Central Library, Such As Kansalaistore, Which Can Affect The Cleanliness Of The Librarys Premises, Especially The Toilets. We Apply For Cleaning Services In Accordance With The Service Description (Appendix 1) And The Description Of The Cleanliness Level Requirements (Cleanliness Level Requirements Description, Appendix 2), So That The Service Must Also Include, In Addition To Maintenance Cleaning, Regular Periodic And Annual Maintenance Cleanings As Well As Special Work That Can Be Ordered Separately. Ensuring The Cleanliness Of The Toilets (60 Pcs) Requires Continuous Maintenance Cleaning During Opening Hours. Personnel Resources Must Also Be Sufficient For Sudden Cleaning Needs Of The Library Space, Intermediate Cleanings And Emergency Cleanings. Maintenance Cleaning, Basic Washing And Special Work Of Customer Premises Should Mainly Be Carried Out Outside Opening Hours, In The Evening And At Night Or Early In The Morning. The Quality Of The Cleaning Work Is Evaluated For Maintenance Cleaning Through Cleanliness Levels (Appendix 2) As Follows: 1. Only Immediately After The Cleaning Work: The Essential Thing Here Is That When Talking About Quality And Its Review, The Quality Is Evaluated Only Immediately After Cleaning The Premises. 2. In What Condition Do You Want The Premises To Be At All Times: Here Is Defined The Quality Level At Which The Various Premises Should At Least Always Be. The Service Description And Cleanliness Level Descriptions Of The Cleaning Services Are Described In Appendices 1 And 2.
