Construction Work – Construction Of Garage And Workshop Facilities For Buses. Task Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Infrastructure Under The Low-Emission Urban Transport System With Expansion Of The P&R Parking Lot At The Miechów Railway Station - Repeated Order. 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of Garage And Workshop Facilities For Buses. The Task Was Carried Out Under The Title: Construction Of Infrastructure Under The Low-Emission Urban Transport System With Expansion Of The P&R Parking Lot At The Miechów Railway Station. 3.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1. Development Of Complete Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task, Divided Into Industries And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities. 2. Obtaining The Final Decisions Necessary For Implementation, Including A Building Permit Or Application, Opinions, Expert Opinions And Permits As Well As Guidelines, Along With Performing Authors Supervision And Carrying Out All Necessary Acceptances And Obtaining A Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility/Notifying The Completion Of Works (If Required). 3. Execution Of Construction Works Based On Design Documentation, Building Permits Or Notifications And Swz, Contract And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 3.3. In The Scope Of Construction Works, The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1. Providing Full Surveying Services During The Execution Of The Order And Performing An As-Built Surveying Inventory Of The Task. 2. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Construction Is Carried Out And Managed By Persons With The Required Qualifications In Particular Industries. 3. Submitting A Complete Set Of Documents From The Contractor Necessary To Report The Commencement Of Construction To The Construction Supervision Authority. 4. Handing Over The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party On The Terms Specified In The Agreement. 5. Performing Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period. 6. Preparation, Completion And Submission Of As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party In The Form Of A Report. 7. During The Implementation Of The Works, Performing All Necessary Tests And Checks, Obtaining All Necessary Protocols, Decisions Necessary To Accept The Facility And Training The Employers Staff In The Scope Of Building Operation. 8. The Ordering Party Informs That The Internal Electrical Installation Designed And Constructed In The Facility Building Should Be Connected To The Connector Made As Part Of The Second Task Carried Out At The Facility Entitled: Purchase Of A Pv Installation On A Carport Structure With An Energy Storage And Management System As Part Of The Garage And Workshop Facilities For City Buses And The Purchase Of 2 Chargers For Buses. 9. The Ordering Party Informs That The Location Of Electric Chargers For Buses Implemented As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Project In Parallel At The Facility Is Planned In The Internal Space Of The Planned Garage And Workshop Facilities For Buses. At The Stage Of Preparation Of Conceptual Documentation By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Location Of The Chargers In The Designed Building. Due To The Above, The Contractor Of The Task Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Need For Coordination In The Offer
