Reprographic Services – Ensuring The Outsourcing Of Reprographic Services. The Subject Of Performance Of The Awarded Public Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Public Contract) Is The Provision Of Central Printing, Reprographic And Other Document Services In The Form Of Substitute Performance, Through A Purpose-Built Workplace, For The Contracting Authority And Its Customers, I.E. For Persons Directly Or Indirectly Controlled By Mhmp. All This On The Basis Of A Contract For The Outsourcing Of Reprographic Services, Which Will Regulate The Conditions, Method And Scope Of The Delivery Of Works And Services. The Subject Of The Performance Is The Performance Of Complex Reprographic Services For The Clients Needs In The Clients Reproduction Room (Reprocenter) And On The Existing Equipment Of The Reproduction Center (Reprocenter), Which Is The Property Of The Client Or In Its Use. The Service Will Be Performed Exclusively On The Existing Equipment, Especially In The Scope Of: A) Black And White And Color Printing (Format A3 – A5); B) Black-And-White And Color Copying (Format A3 – A5); C) Binding (Ring, Strip, Glued) And Lamination (Format A3 – A8); D) Other Manual Work (Preparation, Control, Data Correction, Final Processing); E) Production Of Business Cards, Invitations, Presentations, Identification Cards, Cards, Etc.; F) Black-And-White And Color Scanning Into Pdf, Jpg And Tif Files (A0 – A7 Format); G) Large-Format Black And White And Color Printing And Copying Of Maps And Plans; H) Duplication – Cd/Dvd Burning; I) Dtp (Computer Typesetting); J) Printing, Copying, Scanning Of Small And Large Format Documents In Color And Black And White; K) Production Of Leaflets, Posters, Brochures, Invitations, Diplomas, Various Internal Documents, Labels, Etc. L) Typesetting, Printing And Finalization Of Business Cards M) Processing Of Project Documentation Including Folding According To Standards And Completion N) Professional Printing Of Photos Up To 1600 Mm Wide; O) Large-Format Printing On Various Roll Materials (Paper And Photo Paper Of Various Weights, Self-Adhesive Vinyl, Banner, Mesh, Etc.), Lamination And Lamination On Board Materials And Shape Cutting; P) Engraving In Materials Such As Wood, Acrylic, Paper, Cork, Rubber, Textiles, Glass, Marble, Granite, Anodized Aluminum, Leather, Painted Metals And 2-Layer Plastics; Q) Direct Uv Printing On Various Board Materials Up To 310 X 600 Mm In Size And Thickness And 140 Mm Including Printing Of Oval Objects R) Printing Of T-Shirts And Certain Types Of Textiles S) Digitization Of Documents, Indexing According To The Clients Requirements And Subsequent Backup; T) Graphic Editing And Pre-Press Preparation Of Documents U) Production Of Various Types Of Bindings – V1, Ring Plastic And Wire, Slip-On, Thermal V) Design And Production Of Modico Express Stamps W) Finishing Work – Stapling, Punching, Cutting, Assembly, Lamination; X) Printing On Demand And Other Services Related To The Creation And Distribution Of Documents (Distribution Of Documents Created In The Reprocenter, Mediating The Printing Of Materials That Cannot Be Produced In The Establishment And Their Distribution. Part Of The Services Provided Will Be Comprehensive Maintenance And Repairs Of The Technical Equipment Of The Reprocenter Owned By The Client.
