Telecommunication Consultancy Services – Comprehensive Technical Support Of The Ctu. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Technical Support To The Contracting Authority In The Management Of The Frequency Spectrum, Proposals For Frequency And Other Technical Solutions In Radio Radio Communication Service Bands And Coordination Of Radio Frequencies And Selected Bands Above 1 Ghz For Fixed Radio Communication Services And Fixed Wireless Transmission Networks And Other Related Activities. A Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Given In Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation (Binding Model Framework Agreement). The Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Partial Obligations Arising For A Fixed Period, Namely 48 Months From The Effective Date Of The Framework Agreement, On The Basis Of Which The Subject Of This Public Contract Will Be Implemented. These Partial Obligations Will Arise At Undetermined Irregular Intervals Depending Mainly On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority.
