The Subject Of The Tender Is The Supply Of Electrical Energy For The University Of Cologne (Uok) For The Period From January 1St, 2027 To December 31St, 2028. There Is An Option For A One-Time Extension Of The Contract Term By One Year Until December 31, 2029 At The Latest. The Uok Currently Operates 24 Delivery Points With Registering Power Measurement (Rlm) And 132 Delivery Points With Standard Load Profile (Slp) Or Intelligent Measurement System (Imsys). The Forecast Total Electricity Requirement For The Tendered Delivery Years Amounts To Approximately 45.5 Gwh Annually. Detailed Information About The Individual Delivery Points, As Well As The Load Profiles Of The Performance-Measured Delivery Points, Can Be Found In The Attached Appendices. A Delivery Is Advertised To The Customers Delivery Points, I.E. H. Including Processing Of Network Usage (Fully Integrated Supply). The Electricity Supplied Must Come From 100% Renewable Energy Throughout The Entire Delivery Period. The Contractual Energy Prices For The Delivery Years 2027 And 2028 Will Be Fixed In Four Structurally Identical, Horizontal Tranches. If The Contract Term Is Extended For Another Delivery Year, The Energy Price For The Extension Period Will Be Calculated In The Same Way As The Pricing For The Delivery Years 2027 And 2028.
