Within The Scope Of The Framework Sales Agreement Kif/Köf Procurement Of Free-Wire Iron Structures As Follows: The Tenderer Wishes To Enter Into The Framework Agreement For A Net Value Of Huf 9,350,000,000. From The Concluded Framework Agreement, The Tenderer Requests Kif/Köf Free-Wire Iron Structures Planned Up To The Limit Amount (E.G. Protective Pipes, Cross Members, Support Brackets, Cabinet Support Structures, Reinforcing Irons, Fork Joints, Reinforcing Irons, Supporting Angle Steels, Stork Nest Supports, Bird Perches, Climbing Barriers, Studs, Safety Support Elements, Reinforcing Clamps, Tensioning Lugs, Cable Fixing Clamps, Pole Switch Amplifiers, Insulating Supports, Support Irons, Etc.) To Be Purchased With The Fact That Their Exact Numbers Are Determined In Part 2 Of The Framework Agreement Procedure (During The Individual Order) By Defining The Specific Conditions For The Performance Of The Individual Contract(S). The Bidder Plans To Draw 1,422,504 Units From The Total Amount. By The Term Piece Used In This Sub-Tender Area In The Invitation To Tender And In The Public Procurement Documents, The Tenderer Means The Quantity Unit Displayed For The Given Product On The Price Form. As A Result Of The Procedure, The Kbt. A Framework Agreement According To § 105 (1) Point A) Is Concluded. From The Concluded Framework Agreement, The Bidder Intends To Purchase Kif/Köf Free-Line Iron Structures Up To The Amount Of The Framework Amount, With The Exact Number Of Them Being Determined In Part 2 Of The Framework Agreement Procedure (During The Individual Order) By Defining The Specific Conditions For The Performance Of The Individual Contract(S). The Tenderer Describes The Quantity Only As An Estimated Quantity, As A Guideline. They Have Been Defined As Assistance To Be Provided To Bidders For Pricing, From Which They May Deviate In The Second Stage Of The Framework Agreement - Up To The Amount Of The Framework Amount. It Is The Task Of The Successful Tenderer To Deliver The Ordered Kif/Köf Free-Wire Iron Structures (Goods) To The Place Of Delivery Specified By The Contracting Authority Within The Delivery Deadline Specified In The Contract - As Specified In The Individual Order(S). The Reference To The Specific Make, Origin, And Type That May Be Included In The Invitation And In The Public Procurement Documents Was Made Only For The Purpose Of A Clear And Understandable Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement.
