Human Resources Management Consultancy Services – Introduction Of Job Management In The Ndr. The Order Includes The Description Of The New Operating Concept For Strategic Job Management, The Development Of An Operational Job Planning That Is Linked To The Strategic Job Control, And The Successful Implementation Of A First Iteration In The Ndr. The Order Is Based On The Strategic Goals Of Ndr And Ard Initially Approved By The Management. From There, Translation Work Must Be Carried Out Into Strategic Personnel Planning, Which Includes Medium And Long-Term Changes In The Ndrs Personnel. These Changes Should In Turn Be Operationalized In The Annual Personnel Planning. This Requires Collaboration With The Ndr At Different Levels: Top Management, Staff Areas, Directorates, The Main Human Resources Department And Other Main Departments. The New Job Control Should Be Introduced Within 12 Months Of The Conclusion Of The Contract. Regular Exchange With The Project Committees Set Up By Ndr Must Be Ensured. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded Between The Ndr And The Contractor. The Ndr Is A 4-State Agency With Locations: Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony And Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The Service Is Primarily To Be Provided In Hamburg.
