Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Lučiny Residential Zone – Concession. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Development Of Land Owned By The Client So That Apartment Buildings Will Be Built On Part Of The Land And Part Of The Land Will Be Prepared For The Construction Of Terraced Houses. The Contractor Selected As Part Of This Procurement Process Will Implement The Clients Intention Using The Design, Build & Finance Method, I.E. At Its Own Expense, It Will Carry Out Project Preparation (Including Processing Of Project Documentation For Land Reclamation, Leveling Adjustment, Geometric Plan For Dividing And Consolidating Land And Documentation For Construction), Engineering (Incl. Procurement Of Dividing And Consolidating Land And Planning Permission) And Construction Work. The Result Of The Implementation Of The Project Will Be The Construction Of 4 Apartment Buildings And The Preparation Of 20 Plots Of Land For The Construction Of Terraced Family Houses And Their Sale To The Ownership Of Natural Persons Designated By The Client. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Performance Is Given In The Binding Model Of The Concession Agreement Forming Annex No. 9 Of The Procurement Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement). If The Contracting Authority Does Not Award A Public Contract On The Basis Of Submitted Preliminary Offers, The Contract And The Contractual Conditions Contained Therein May Be Specified Or Modified By The Contracting Authority Based On The Results Of The Negotiation Phase Of The Procurement Procedure. In Such A Case, The Final Contractual Terms And Conditions Will Be Presented To The Participants Of The Procurement Procedure Together With The Call For Tenders.
