Business Services: Law, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, Printing And Security - Optimizing Costs For Document Printing By Implementing Printing-As-A-Service. 1. Scope Of Service: The Contractor Must Provide A Complete Service, Including: ● Delivery Of Printing Devices. Ownership Of The Devices Remains With The Contractor For The Duration Of The Contract. ● The Contractor Must Provide Flexibility To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Devices During The Term Of The Contract. ● Complete Installation, Connection To The Network Of The Metropolitan Municipality And Configuration Of All Devices. ● A Software Solution For Centralized Management, Control And Monitoring Of Printing With A Wide Range Of Functionalities And Integration With Active Directory/Ldap. ● Continuous Monitoring Of Device Health To Proactively Identify And Fix Potential Problems, Including Automated Low-Supply Notification. ● Periodic Supply Of Toners, Inks And Other Necessary Consumables Before Running Out And Interrupting Printing. ● Comprehensive Maintenance, Including Preventive And Reactive, To Ensure Trouble-Free Operation Of Systems, As Well As Replacement Of One Machine With Another In Case Of Frequent And Recurring Problems. 2. Service Support And Response (Sla) ● Support Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 ● Failure Response Time: Up To 4 Astron. Hours From The Submission Of The Request (Within Support Business Hours). ● Time To Fix The Fault: Up To 16 Working Hours From The Submission Of The Request (Within The Maintenance Working Time). ● Single Point Of Contact: The Contractor Must Provide A Single Point Of Contact For Submitting Requests (Phone, E-Mail, Web Portal) Available During Support Business Hours. ● Remote Diagnostics And Monitoring: To Provide An Opportunity For Remote Diagnostics And Monitoring Of The State Of The Devices For The Purpose Of Quick Response And Preventive Maintenance. ● Availability Of Services: The Contractor Must Guarantee Availability Of Printing Services No Less Than 98% Within The Working Hours Of The Metropolitan Municipality. Systematic Non-Fulfilment Of The Sla Will Result In Contractual Penalties. ● Location Of The Buildings: The Buildings In Which The Devices Will Be Located Are On The Territory Of The Metropolitan Municipality According To The List Of Addresses, Annex To The Technical Specification. 3. Software Requirements ● Centralized Management And Monitoring: Complete Centralized Administration, Control And Monitoring Of All Printing Devices And Users From One Platform. ● Integration With Microsoft Active Directory: Seamless Integration With Microsoft Active Directory. No Specific Network Settings Are Required By The Municipality To Hinder Integration. ● User Identification: Support Secure User Identification Via Access Card (Rfid 125 Khz) Or Pin Code. Each Multifunctional Device Must Have A Card Reader (Rfid 125 Khz) Included In Its Price. ● Management Of Rights And Restrictions: Ability To Limit Rights And Print Volumes By User, Group (Department/Unit) Or Device. ● Pull Printing Fun
