Rgb Camera – 2 Pieces A) Linear Camera Working In Prismatic Technology; B) At Least 3 X 4096 Pixels; 3. Control A) Control Cabinet With Local Operating Unit And Electronics; B) User Interface Lcd Panel With A Size Of At Least 18; C) Plc Control; D) Air Conditioning (Fan); E) Heating; F) Industrial Vpn Router. 4. Pneumatics - Exhaust Module And Separation Chamber; A) Valve Strip With A Pneumatic Nozzle System; B) Maximum Nozzle Spacing: 6.25Mm; C) Nozzle Cover; D) Working Pressure: 0-8 Bar; E) Automatic Air Pressure Regulation. 5. A Conveyor Belt Feeding Material Into A Separation Zone Of At Least 1,400 Mm Width - The Size Of This Conveyor Is The Scoring Criterion. Basic Requirements Below Are The Basic Requirements Specified In Relation To The Subject Of The Order And The Bidder, The Inability Of Which To Be Met By The Bidder Results In A Negative Assessment And Rejection Of The Offer: 1. The Subject Of The Offer Must Relate To And Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Order Described In Chapter Ii And Must Take Into Account The Specifications Contained In Chapter Iii Of This Inquiry. 2. Size: 15-100Mm: • Separation Of Printed Circuit Boards At The Level Of >95% (Separation Efficiency), Throughput: > 7T/H B) Heavy Fraction After Water Separation, Size: 30-80 Mm (Mix Of Organic Fraction With Electric Wires, Printed Circuit Board, Stainless Steel) • Separation Of Wires At The Level Of >90% (Separation Efficiency), Throughput > 6T/H • Separation Of Stainless Steel With Printed Circuit Board: Separation Efficiency >90%, Throughput: > 6T/H C) Fraction Of Heavy Metals After Grinding, Size 10-60Mm • Separation Of Coins, Separation Efficiency: >80%, Throughput: > 3T/H D) Fraction Of Heavy Metals After Grinding, Size: 30-120Mm, • Separation By Color, Separation Efficiency Gray Color >90%, Throughput: > 6T/H 3. The Performance/Throughput Parameters As Well As The Functionality/Separation Effectiveness Indicated Above Will Have To Be Confirmed In A Technological Test. Only A Positive Result Of The Technological Test Will Be The Basis For Accepting The Device As Part Of The Final Acceptance. The Technological Test Will Be Conducted For A Period Of At Least 4 Hours Of Continuous Operation, Assuming The Processing Material Specified In Chapter Ii, Point 5. The Input For The Test Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. The Technological Test Will Be Carried Out After Assembling The Device And Carrying Out Disassembly
