The Use Of The Lift-Elevator Must Also Be Properly Ensured For Disabled People (Including Wheelchair Users) And For The Transport Of Goods. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Parts, As It Is The Creation Of A Complete Matter, The Division Of Which May Lead To Inconsistencies In The Results Of Design, Construction And Installation. The Basic Procurement Documents Have Been Changed In The Re-Procurement.
