Event Services – Procurement Process For Event Management. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract For Event Management Services For Nbank Events. As The Lead Agency, The Contractor Takes Over The Planning, Organization, Implementation And Follow-Up Of Various Event Formats In Lower Saxony. The Services Include In Particular Central Project Management, Ongoing Coordination With The Client, The Selection And Organization Of Suitable Event Locations, The Planning Of Room And Process Concepts, The Organization Of Event Technology, The Control And Coordination Of Event-Related Service Partners, Participant And Attendance Management, The Provision And Organization Of Event Staff, The Support Of Exhibitors, Speakers, Moderators And Other Participants As Well As Quality And Success Control. The Events Mainly Take Place In Hanover And Also At Various Locations In Lower Saxony. Different Formats Are Planned, In Particular Conferences, Trade Fair Participation, Workshops, Company Celebrations And Networking Events. The Events Generally Last A Maximum Of Two Days. Around 100 To 250 Participants Are Regularly Expected; This Does Not Apply In Particular To The Annual Nbank Festival With Around 600 Participants. The Order Is Placed On The Basis Of Individual Calls From The Framework Agreement. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Request Specific Quantities. The Estimated Total Is Approximately 36 Events Over The Maximum Contract Period; The Maximum Purchase Quantity Is 60 Events.
